FDM printers
An FDM 3D printer works by depositing melted filament material over a build platform layer by layer until you have a completed part. FDM uses digital design files that are uploaded to the machine itself and translates them into physical dimensions. Materials for FDM include polymers such as ABS, PLA, PETG and PEI, which the machine feeds as threads through a heated nozzle.

CNC milling
CNC milling is a machining process that utilizes computerized controls to manage the movement and operation of multi-point rotary cutting tools. As the tools rotate and move across the surface of the workpiece, they slowly remove excess material to achieve the desired shape and size.
In 3Deco we use Haas 5 axis CNC and Source rabbit micro miller in order to cover big productions and also small and high detailed projects.

SLA 3d printing
Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing is the most common resin 3D printing process and has become vastly popular for its ability to produce high-accuracy, isotropic, and watertight prototypes and end-use parts.

SLS 3d printing
Selective laser sintering (SLS) is a 3d printing process (additive manufacturing) that uses high-powered lasers to sinter, or bind, finely powdered material together into a solid structure.
In 3Deco we use Formlabs Form 1+ printers with professional grade materials from Formlabs in order to produce ready to use products in small or big production orders.
